ABOUT CRAIG

Craig Street, the Director and CEO of Gravity Consultancy. Craig oversees the company’s technical services involving client capital projects including brewing process and utilities design, project management, procurement, installation, commissioning. He has a strong track record of leading cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and deliver results for clients within the Craft Brewing sector.

 

Prior to establishing Gravity Consultancy Craig worked as onsite Project Manager for Rolec Prozess-und Brautechnik Gmbh overseeing multiple craft brewery installations worldwide, before moving to New Zealand to become Capital Project Manager for DB Breweries.

 

Outside of Gravity, Craig enjoys spending time with his family, camping, fishing and experiencing new beer styles with friends (with a few samples tried along the way).
