I worked with Craig Street on the installation of our new Rolec brewery in 2013 in Stockholm, Sweden.
The project involved the complete installation from malt handling through filtration of a 40 HL
brewhouse, with 40HL and 80 HL tanks in an extremely tight space in our waterfront building.
Craig managed the Rolec team of installers, and interfaced with me and other brewery managers to
ensure the project was completed on schedule and at a very high quality level. Since the entire building
was being renovated at the same time, the project also required interfacing and coordinating with
multiple trades not related to Rolec to ensure that all support work was completed accurately and in
sync with the time requirements of the Rolec team.
Craig was critical in keeping a very tight and complicated project moving on schedule, and ensuring that
everything was completed successfully. Though several challenges were presented along the way, Craig
was good at working to find solutions satisfactory to all without compromising the quality of the
installation. Since the project was completed the brewery has been expanded successfully multiple
times.
I highly recommend his work, and would happily work with him again on another project.
