I’m writing this recommendation for Craig Street. He managed the brewery project through Rolec at the von Trapp Family lodge brewery in Stowe, Vermont USA. He brought to the project a tremendous ability to manage his team and his meticulous attention to detail keep us on schedule during this expansion. He was the first one on the job and the last to leave. His professionalism was unmatched in any project I have seen through Rolec. Not only did he work in the “trenches” to help guide his team and led by example, but also stayed many late nights working with our vendors and suppliers to make sure all raw materials and supplies were delivered on time. His knowledge of the brewing industry is vast and brought many improvements to not only our brewery expansion but also our brewing/packaging processes. He was a tremendous resource to not only myself during this progression but also to all my staff. Everyone knew they could bring any question to Craig regardless if it out stretched the scope of his normal duties as manager of the project. He was willing to go the extra step to help the customer in any way possible. I’ve worked with many brewery expansions both at von Trapp and my previous employer Magic Hat, and I must say that Craig Street is the best project manager I have worked with during these processes.
